To ensure knowledgeable consultation, Timothy has made education a primary focus. He is a candidate for one of the most elite and respectable designations: a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has taken a series of workshops that focus on the uniqueness of country properties. Recently, he was nominated by the President of Prudential California Realty to earn a real estate management/leadership degree from Saint Mary's College in Orinda.  Timothy is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Timothy values the relationships he shares with people he comes in contact with and will work to maintain communication with people that cross his path. He looks forward to working with people on their short and long-term real estate goals and building life-long friendships along the way.

 

Roots
Timothy was raised in Berkeley, California where his parents were both in academia. Out of college, Timothy decided to follow in their path and become a teacher. He brings the enthusiasm and passion he learned from being a teacher to every transaction he has in real estate and you can count on Timothy to help you understand all of the intricacies of the business.

 

Past times
Timothy makes his home in Sebastopol.  He has a passion for bringing old things back to life and has almost completed the process of remodeling his home. Timothy enjoys the quick drive to the coast and has been an avid surfer since childhood. He is also active in many non-profit organizations and his naturalist background serves him well with many of the groups he dedicates his time to helping.
